The food is as expected. Nothing new about this particular location. However, the staff here can be very abrupt and down right rude at times. If you are not sure what you want or need to clarify/question it can be met with a roll of the eyes or an impatient response. The burrito Nazi's!!!

Who doesn't love Chipotle? Fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, trendy atmosphere. I love going for lunch. The lines are almost always long around 12:00, but they move really quickly... Come a little before or a little after and you'll go straight to the counter. The only challenge I sometimes have at lunch time is finding a clean table to eat at inside.

Love eating here~ My kids love the Taco Kit and the line is long but moves quickly. The staff are fun and it is good to know they are supporting the farmers who are doing the right things.... keep up the great work!

Chipotle is great but this one is terrible. They just don't know how to cook the meat. The chicken is always burnt and crunchy and the steak is always too fatty and chewy. It's like they don't even clean the grill or anything.

I love Chipotle. Chipotle is my spirit animal. The staff here is always very nice, the only gripe I have is that this location gives you significantly less food. The burrito bowls I get from other locations are full, and have to be smashed to close the lid. At this location, the pile of goodness barely touches the lid. It's underwhelming and sometimes annoying (I even ask for more and the added amount is still less than the initial amount given at other locations).

I love Chipotle! I'm glad they decided to go on a healthy route and added brown rice to their menu (I know it's been on their for quite some time. My review is long overdue!) I've been going to this location ever since it opened....roughly 10 years ago? Have not had any issues with them. I tend to order the same thing every time I'm here which is a burrito bowl (they're so easy to eat) and 95% of the time I get it to go. They have quick service! I somehow miss the rush each time I'm here so I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes. They always have at least 3-4 people on the line to take your order, some times they're going at such a fast rate that my bowl is already at the end of the line and I'm still waiting in the middle, ha! From my observation this Chipotle is similar layout to any other location. This one in particular is usually clean and tidy every time I'm here, that's a plus! All their staff member are almost all the time very welcoming and friendly. Lately I've noticed that the manager will help out with the line, making things go smoothly. Seems like they manage and communicate well among staff. My only caveat is that their portions are not very consistent and they seem to have decreased their rice serving (probably to pack on the other toppings) but the ratio to me is off. I've had to ask them to pack on more rice every now and them....wow that makes me feel fat but really, they can be a bit stingy on the rice but it seems like most Chipotles are following.

I haven't eaten here but once and got turned off by the HUGE burrito. I tried again today and was going to try the bowl with sofritas. They were advertised everywhere and I ordered it and they said ,"Oh we don't have any we ran out last night." WHAT THEyou know what! No sign they didn't have any and last night it's a new business day they don't cook or prep for the next day? I come there to try it only for the second time and this is what I get. I went to Tasty Thai thanks they like the business!

Wow, this place has really good burritos but just be prepare of the size/proportion. Mine was stuffed with everything from brown rice, black beans, salsa, and guacamole. Overall, you won't be disappointed with their selection.

First time to a Chipotle. Good tasting food but steak a bit chewy. Workers were not cordial, especially since it was my first time and I didn't know what I wanted. A bit too fast for me. And the music they played sounded like an Abercrombie rather than a restaurant.

I came around 6:35pm on a Monday (which was today) and there was a line that could have gone out the door; however, it wrapped around inside because who wants to stand outside in the cold? I was probably in line for 10 minutes which gave me a lot of time to decide what to order; in addition, I was able to take notes of the prices on the menu. I didn't bring my DSLR camera nor did I want to take a picture of the menu. There were no tables available; however, as the line started to move, a few tables opened up. I ordered a Steak Burrito ($6.35) along with guacamole ($1.80 additional) and a small drink ($1.55). If you want double meat, then it's $2.25 extra. There were multiple options but the price for the meats were all given on the menu. A Burrito Bowl was $5.95 and that's pretty much what it sounded like. Here are the prices for the other kinds of meat/vegetables. Chicken $5.95 Carnitas $6.35 Barbacoa $6.35 Vegetarian $5.95 The employees seemed okay and nothing stood out to make me say anything else about them. My burrito tasted alright like any of the other Chipotle locations around the country (and by around the country... I really mean California since I've only had Chipotle there). lol I was a little disappointed though because they gave me like the last bits and pieces of steak. I was hoping they would give me some of the new batch they just cooked up but they thought I wanted double meat. That's how I knew the price of it even though I don't think I saw it on their menu. They open daily from 11am to 10pm.

Normally I don't complain about this place because you get what you pay for. Must of been a bad day for Kaytanne who waited on at the cash register. She was not very friendly and did not speak back when spoken to. To me when you are in the food industry you should be friendly and accommodating. Not so much for the Chipotle staff working today.

It's Chipotle for god's sake. This is not a white linen and sterling silver kind of place, I'm not sure why reviews imply the folks are looking for something more than an 8 dollar plate. There are Chipotle's is in most states and their McDonald'sesque strategy is to offer a consistently Chipotle-like meal from California to Maine. They use a portion (curiously well publicized but equally curiously undefined) of organic meats and vegetables in generous servings and lot's of options. I've never been struck by poor service at this location and I've been here many, many times. It's Chipotle. If you've ever been to a Chipotle; yeah, this will be pretty much the exact same as any other. That's fresh, tasty food in generous servings with a reasonable price.

Staff here is great in my experience. Made everything exactly how I asked, had no hangup about using the BOGO coupon I had that was denied at the one by old Blue Ridge Mall. The people were just happier in general there, and enjoyed being at work it appeared. May have been a bit short staffed by the way some were all over the place, but it wasn't mobbed at all so it was easier for everyone. I shall return here, even if it's a bit of a trek.. they at least know the customer is always right.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
